About Me
Dominic DeMilo joined the mortgage industry at just 19 years old during his sophomore year of college. He wasted no time and immediately became a licensed mortgage banker. His license spans across several states where he is committed to assisting a wide range of clients with their home financing needs.
Dominic is a member of our industry leading sales team. Within six months of post-grad, Dominic was named Total Mortgage's Rookie of the Year. After three years in the business, Dominic has funded over $50 million in loans, and has helped over 150 families accomplish their homeownership dreams. As a consistent top producer, Dominic is a member of the Total Mortgage President’s Club.
Dominic graduated Magna Cum Laude from Providence College and received a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in business and a concentration in finance. Dominic is a dedicated member of the Providence College Alumni Foundation, the Amity Club, and the New Haven Middlesex Realtors Association. In his spare time, he enjoys playing hockey, boating, traveling, and trying new foods. Dominic is also an avid Providence Friars and New York sports fan.
